Some guy backed into me today when I was on my way home from my Mom's house. I am so upset. I've only had my car 7 months. It's the first real accident I've been in. What sucks is that my license had expired and I didn't realize it, so I got a $72 citation. :( What a wonderful Friday the 13th.

That sucks!! Does the person at least have to pay for any damage on your car? I got backed into at a STOP sign last year... i was pissed. Sometimes people are so unaware when they are driving. Sucks about the citation too...
