A couple years ago my co-worker adopted a rat who's ear was injured by other rats and then he wouldn't leave the wound alone and he took off his own ear, and I named him Van Gogh. I'm thinking of pulling an earectomy myself. I have had my cartilage pierced for about a decade. The first month or so it just hurt and then my ear formed a bubble over

ouch. mine act up sometimes, depending on how i sleep or whatnot. sometimes i just had to take out the earring, and clean it out and keep doing that until it got better. neosporin or something like that sometimes helped.

I swear my ear problems are down to bcrs. My scafolding is fine. My lobes are fine. All pierced with bars. But since my latest piercing with a bcr it has done nothing but go crusty, go manky and then piss blood everywhere. I think I may test out this theory and put the bar in with the ear cuff jewelrey which prompted the new hole in the first place. If I can get the sodding bcr out in the first place.

Salt water also does jack for me. Tcp hurts like hell but it's never gone oozy like when I use salt water. More recently when it pissed blood, savlon wound wash. But anything with chlorohexidine gets my vote

Do a sea salt soak on it. Does wonders.
