Kana: Little Sister
So, I've been playing the one of the saddest games ever created. It's a visual novel, and it's actually a H-game with incest themes, but I am legitimately playing it for the story. It's called Kana: Little Sister. (A link to TV Tropes is always welcome, right?)

hmm, I've seen one older sister/younger brother thing.
Though they were step siblings. And looked older.
