I hate dum-dum. He makes my ass itch and has the possibility of ruining my entire fucking workday. Nice guy, just anal and literal when it comes to his damn job. And hell yes! Oh the memories of the dum-dums I have worked with at my last job. People who couldn't dial the goddamn PHONE without help. It's not even that they COULDN'T, it's that they WOULDN'T. They had this righteous sense of entitlement - the entitlement being they were important you see, and we are not, therefore we do the manual stuff while they think their big thoughts and try to work out how to turn on the VCR.
