The Gay Off has been highly amusing and entertaining. But that picture is total WIN!! LOL!! Wonder if it was made at DragonCon? OMG, that is funny.

I think it is, but I'm not sure. I can't place the room, but it could be a green room area behind the stage.

It's possibly members of the 501st Legion, plus an always willing to play along GDL.
