Cake Wrecks: The folks over there are apparently sci fi geeks. They managed to use a quote from Ghostbusters and called this wreck "Syfy Sacrilege" for mixing two different franchises. Still, the cake has more sci fi than SyFy. *g

Some crossovers can work. Like chocolate and strawberries. Some crossovers are never meant to be. Like mentos swallowed with cola into an ulcerated stomach. Star Wars and Star Trek mix like the latter.

I had something like that happen at an indie bookstore. The clerk swore she knew my friend and me, and after some discussion, it turned out we'd all been to a romance writer/reader conference. We must have been memorable. ;)
