That was beautiful. :) I love how Alan's always going to be there for Sam, and Sam's worries. And the sex was beautifully written as well. :) Excellent job! :D
I only point this out because no one told me that "Delenn sucking in hair" should probably be "air."
LOL.
And thanks. I'm deciding very quickly that I do not like MS Word 2010, and one of the reasons is that while the spell-check is less jumpy than past versions, I think it tends to miss things. (Granted this might be because I'm cheap and am just running the free trial version that came with my lappy instead of actually paying for it, IDK.)
I've noticed spellchecks across various programs have issues with homophones, so I wouldn't stress about it too much.
(I super-recommend using Open Office. That's what I use since my laptop's free version of Word has ads on it and it bothered me - it opens pretty much all formats and saves to all formats, plus you can also save to PDF which I like.)
I love the way you've balanced such an intimate story of sadness and loss with comforting and loving emotions. This sentence was very powerful and true: Alan truly believed that human touch cured more ills than it was given credit for *sigh*
This is gorgeous, and I love how you managed to write May/December fic without bringing daddy!kink into it. It's just two people who love each other dearly despite a large age gap.
I love that Alan is just so solid and reliable, and that your Sam is solid in his own right even if he is young and impulsive. This is just lovely :).

(Paragraph 2 - "populous" should be "populace." I only point this out because no one told me that "Delenn sucking in hair" should probably be "air.")
