I GOT A 3.85 SEMESTER GPA. How did this happen? After failing my Latin final? After bombing the p-chem final exam? After calculating my biochem lab grade and realizing that I was 40 points behind the A mark? The five-pounds-in-two-weeks gain was so worth it (even though it will hurt so much more to get rid of it).

GPA - 3.74
MCAT score - 32: 11 Verbal, 12 Biological, and 9 Physical (lol idek).

I am trying to decide if I should apply to medical school this year, but I really want to go to UVA. The median statistics for the school were 33P for MCAT score and 3.75 gpa (3.65 for UVA students who apply). I have a 50-50 shot of getting in, which means I have to ace ( Read more... )

I go to the hospital on weekdays and watch doctors stick cameras into patients' orifices. I find it very amusing, which freaks everyone out. Wow, I haven't updated in nearly five months! I guess I only want to update during the summer.
