This week has been incredibly long. School things are starting to wrap up, and my focus has finally turned almost entirely to completing my thesis. Once that is written, I will have to put together my final presntation on my thesis, but I don't think that will take too long to put together. I really hoped that she would be at least a little better, but she proved me wrong. It's so aggravating. You try to do something nice, and it bites you in the ass from start to finish.

I really enjoyed the show! It's on Netflix if you're interested and have an account. I enjoy some of his things, but Extras definitely tops the list.

I find Ricky Gervais very hit and miss but I think that Extras is the best thing that he's done. I love the Kate Winslet episode. The David Bowie one is also a fave.

I was sad to see that there was only two seasons, and I wonder why it was so short. It seems like it would draw decent viewership. But then, in Season 2 the main character wasn't even an extra anymore, and it went in a different direction. Idk, I kind of wish it had lasted another season or two before going that route.

It wasn't because it flopped, far from it. Gervais just didn't want to keep going until the show was flagging. Like The Office (UK) he wanted to stop doing it while it was still on top form. See also, Fawlty Towers.

Almost daily, but she always just rolls her eyes and doesn't change anything. Most of our friends are at the point where we just ignore her. We've ended up leaving her behind because she is glued to it and doesn't acknowledge us when we say we're leaving. Then she gets mad at us and says she didn't hear us. Well duh, you had all of your attention on your phone!!!

It's dragging on and on. I'm only on I think season 8 and it already feels like they're beating a dead horse in the kneecaps with a sledgehammer. Like... How on earth is it still on the air when I'm only on S8 and it's this boring?
