For a moment of the Solstice
I saw the moon blood red
And glittering stars of yellow-rust and icy-blue
Strewn on the velvet sky
Then came the fog
and shrouded all
in Mystery.

I got up at 2am - the eclipse was underway, but wasn't doing anything spectacular, and I was soooooo sleep befuddled, I went back to bed.

It was a glorious eclipse. Got Elle up around 11pm and we bundled up and watched until it was eclipsed entirely and the clouds rolled in. Later in the night I woke up and noticed the moon was shining in my skylight again. :)
