The problem here, is that as a female you have MUCH more leeway in raiding the mens half of the store with impunity than men do wearing, say, that pink bra.

Possibly the boxers, on the basis that they usually wad up for me in womens jeans. But everything else is perfectly normal for a woman to wear. I'm wearing men's shoes right now.

Granted, they're converse and probably get some sort of exception, but shoes are shoes.

Yes, definitely. I think it's interesting that I can be perceived as pretty much not transgressing at all, even if every bit of clothing except the bra was designed for and marketed to men. Casual wear, for the most part, has evolved towards a gender-neutral default - bluejeans, t-shirts, sweaters.

I'm going to go with the earring or the socks. Standing all alone against an almost entirely male wardrobe, they are clearly the odd guys out. *grins*
