Edit: There seems to be something wrong with this post that makes it not appear in friends lists or RSS, so I'm trying putting a little plain text above the cut, to see if that makes it show up.

Sounds like a great trip! I'm glad your mother is doing well so far. I'll hope and pray for the good news to continue.

I'm glad you had fun! And home now, but, uh, things here are as crazy as ever. >.< After you've had a chance to catch your breath, and I somehow wrangle time to be semi-normal again, we should get together. At least online. *laughs*

Oh, and this didn't show up on my flist, even after you added the text. o.O

Definitely on the getting together. I have church tomorrow afternoon, but the evening's free if you want, or we can find a time during the week. Wednesday maybe? :D Also you need to come see the baby rats, who have had a growth spurt while I was gone!

Not sure adding the plain text made any difference, but unchecking Date Out Of Order might have done it. This entry now shows up in my RSS feed reader. The doc for Date Out Of Order ( FAQ #91) says that setting this option will prevent the entry from appearing on f-lists and in RSS feeds, so that's probably what happened.

Not being an LJ person or using much RSS, I found this entry right where it should it. And then read it and became entirely jealous of blackberry cream cake! I did however have an awesome homemade peach pie in Stinson Beach which may have come close. :)
