Time management question

Jul 22, 2010 16:26

I am a MacGirl. I have a MacBook and an iPhone.

Are any of my friends out there using some kind of app that is like a to-do list? I had a "lite" one but didn't like that I could only enter data on my phone to-do. I'd like to be able to enter data both on my phone and on my computer and synch between the 2.

Any recommendations?

N.

I like rememberthemilk.com - I use the iPhone app + gmail integration.

Heh, I'm gonna be asking this same question tomorrow. I'm iPhone-bound tonight.

I've been very happy with Things. Good integration. Good interface. Great way of organizing to-dos into projects and tracking over time.

In fact, one of the ways I can tell I'm overwhelmed is I haven't caught it up in a while, and I'm feeling disorganized. I need to get it back on track.

I'm using Springpad, which you can enter on phone or computer. I haven't actually messed with the computer part of it, but my understanding is that once you have an account you can go online from your computer and access and change your stuff, and then your phone will automatically sync it if you have 3g or wifi access.

I recently discovered Google calendar added and "Agenda" view. Dunno if that helps. :*
