These boys, residents of a long term facility for boys :

It must be the hormones that keep making me cry, right? I can't stop - it's the sound of the drums and their voices that did me in. All that joyful noise. Just... beautiful. No other word for it. Beautiful.

eh, maybe not. I cried earlier looking at political cartoons about Obama while listening to Vienna Teng.

These are deeply strange and surprising times.

i'm crying too. what amazing things these kids are doing. if the world ended right now we could still say that obama's presidency had a positive effect because of how it's affecting these boys' feelings and their doings.
