Across the Universe

OK, so I have a migraine, but that's not the point. Even my migraine can't bother me because I went to go see Julie Taymore's Across the Universe and I'm so happy.

First of all, Julie Taymore is one of my favorite directors of all time. You may know her from her Oscar winning "Frida", but I first saw her in NYC at the Vivian Beaumont theatre where

I love her too. Lover everything she's done... but somehow, even after this post, I still have my serious doubts as to whether I will like Across the Universe. :/

Go see this! It is darker than you'd expect. My only complaint is that it is a little long. But see it on teh big screen where you can resolve the details!
