I know you're probably past this already, but you're getting my 2 cents' worth, anyway.
Just pick one thing on the list and do it. Don't think about doing it. Just do it. Just the one thing--leave the rest where they are. (You'll feel a lot better afterward, and you know it. :P)
Also, remember to eat. Food is important and you tend to forget it. I worry about you, and I know I'm not the only one. I think you might feel better once you're up and getting stuff done. But again, don't overthink the getting-there stage, ok? <3
