Today and last night I read my first Sherlock Holmes stories. They are fun. I'm glad I'm finally getting onto that boat, since there is little excuse to like books as much as I do and not have even glanced at the ticket prices

I've done some research on sleep (wrote a term paper on it, actually), and I've always been kinda curious about what it would actually be like being part of a sleep study.

Was this part of a larger project? Or was this something specific for you?

My primary care doctor wanted me to go to the sleep study place to see if they thought anything was wrong with my sleep--especially anything that was contributing to my depression. The sleep doctor had me take the overnight sleep test based on my interview with him.

The sleep study itself was...yeah. I should write an entry on it, really. I can send you a picture, if you like. It is strange to look at. ^_^

The study was interesting. It went fine, I think, though I still need to do the follow-up appointment with the doctor to go over my results. We shall see.
