we went to Vancouver from Sunday the 28th to Wednesday the 31st (well, actually our flight was cancelled and we ended up on the 7:00 flight the next morning). Vancouver is amazing. We went with five definite appointments to view apartments, and we fell in love with the first one and then cancelled the rest of the appointments, making way more time

Vancouver is a wonderful, wonderful city. Make sure you give yourself lots of time to explore! My favourite parts are Kits (close to UBC), Granville Island, Commerical Drive, Stanley Park... I could go on. :) I don't know Burnaby as well.

Also, give yourself a weekend to go spend time in Victoria, too! It is just a ferry ride away and is an amazing town, too!
