Videoman was in Sarah's apartment, working at the girl's laptop. He had elected to do the technical side of customizing the girl's new NetNavi, which... considering the state of the girl's computer, meant he had two things he had to improve on. Luckily, in his line of work, he couldn't afford to be a technical slouch.
Taking the design cues Sarah had given him, and incorporating the battle techniques they had agreed on, the new Navi was "sorcery" themed, with the ability to summon elemental auras and (albeit somewhat low-key) elemental attacks. Furthermore, he had upgraded her computer with the speed and memory it needed to interface with the PET and the Navi, as well as included the same kind of special browser he used, that would allow her Navi to interface with most computer networks personally, much like it would be if she were in an actual Cyber World.
Finally, he was done, and he sat back in his seat. "It's done," he said, keying in a final series of commands. "I'm bringing her outta' sleep mode, now... gonna need a few minutes to load the whole program up, though."
