I'm not even sure if I'll do anything about it. It's just a bad memory and they were all having a really bad, busy, stressful day. Or I could just be feeling pretty mellow about possible arguments right now?

Oh my goodness! What an experience. I hope it only gets better for you. I know that working in a hospital can be stressful, but that certainly doesn't excuse W.
