I'm sorry, but I didn't think your application was well-thought out at all. "Being loyal" doesn't constitute an answer to every question, or even a complete answer to a single one. I'm not overly concerned about whether or not Draco is "misunderstood" - that's not the point of any question nor of this community. Slytherins CAN be snobby - I don't think that's an unfair characteristic at all. It's all in your point of view; I just don't think yours fits with this community.
