From the very beginning I knew I was going to love this. Tsubasa. There was Tsubasa, dancing and twirling and groping Massu Tsubasa *____* I am still in shock that he was in this, I don't know how you knew of my love for him, anon, or maybe you're just really great at guessing ;D ♥♥♥

Zoolander references for the mutha-effing win, I was cracking up from that damn video, so appropriate XD

I loved loved loved Massu, snippy and blunt with Shige, and then Koyama trying to defend him from Massu's attitude was so cute.

And then the KoyaShige *__* There was so much awkward between them, I loved it~ And then by the end, the classic KoyaShige, finally understanding each other and rightfully getting up in each other's space ;Dv I love that they were both so obvious but didn't notice all the signs while they were too busy mooning over each other hahaha. Leave it to the fish to set them straight.

Seriously, I loved this so much, thank you so so so much for this :DDD

I am so so so so so glad that you enjoyed this; I thought it might have been a little out of left field, but when you said AU- Mermaids and Zoolander just sprang to mind, well all I could see was Massu doing that ad from Zoolander. (and then a week after I submitted Shige was all I love Zoolander and I was 0.0).
And Tsubasa was the only possible choice for someone that Massu could have looked up to and loved for years, and actually made it on land as a dancer. I am so glad you didn't go WTF at his inclusion! He just needed to be there. Massu just felt snippy and blunt and I am glad the KoyaShige worked for you because I was worried the awkward was too awkward. So glad you enjoyed it, I had a lot of fun writing it once I could get theMassu/Zoolander thing out of my head!

I really did, the zoolander thing caught me off guard as well as Tsubasa, but I loved both so much XD Really, I'm very glad you put both of those in there, even if it seemed like a long-shot to do so, you really hit your mark lol. thanks once again for the awesome fic, it was just fantastic :')

This was great! Koyashige were wonderfully awkward. I loved the bed scene and how Massu blamed Shige for everything and how they both heard two different things *insert dun dun da music hear* on the night Shige told Koyama he was gay. It was all very wacky and sweet at the same time. Thank you for writing this♥.

Thanks for commenting, and I am glad that you enjoyed it! I tried to keep the KoyaShige awkward but not too awkward...and hopefully the wacky helped smooth the awkward!

Ah, KoyaShige and Zoolander! A strange yet entertaining combination. And happy endings for everyone! Very cute and sweet. And I really liked the idea that even though they started to have a conversation it all went wrong, but they still stayed as friends ... and yearning. Definitely enjoyed this!

Thanks for reading and glad you enjoyed it! Yep, I would never have put them together on my own, but the prompt just made the connection - and away it went. And they needed happy endings...between conversations that went wrong and Massu losing his tail...there needed to be a happy ending.

This reply is so late, but I really enjoyed this! Massu was perfect as a merman and I'm glad he got to meet Tsubasa again. Koyama and Shige... ah, so many misunderstandings when they're clearly very attracted to each other, both sexually and emotionally. Thank goodness for Massu for bringing them together. :D Thank you!
