For reasons we are still trying to figure out what was supposed to be a well planned attempt to clean up a few journals that were violating LiveJournal's policies that protect minors turned into a total mess. I can only say I’m sorry, explain what we did wrong and what we are doing to correct these problems and explain what we were trying to do but ( Read more... )

No, I really wouldn't have. In fact, I feel no need to respond to the post itself: everyone's going to say what needs to be said. I'm going to go through and note my support for comments I agree with, though, because I think that'll be a more organized way to go about it. Can you imagine if five thousand comments came barreling in, already organized by topic by the commenters themselves? Response would be quicker, for one thing, and they would be able to address more issues without sifting through-- let's see, it should be to about ten pages by the time this posts, at the rate we're going...
