How do you get the discount to apply? Or is it only for certain things? I tried to buy tokens but they were at full price. Is there a code to use at checkout?

I bought paid time and userpics and the discount showed up after I had them in my cart. On a quick look around, I think it applies to everything in the shop *other than* tokens.
