June 18, 2012: The official LiveJournal Release 93 is now live. Following are the new features, updates and bug fixes you'll find in this latest site update:

NEW FEATURES

UTC = Coordinated Universal Time (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coordinated_Universal_Time). Times in UTC have been displayed in journal comments for over two-three months (?) now. LJ has been saying they will fix it ever since the users brought the problem of times displaying in UTC instead of their own time zones. We are all waiting the issue to be fixed.

For me it's totally new because until a few days ago my comments weren't in UTC.

I just thought I'd let you know that Smooth Sailing layouts are also very much having the userhead problem, just in case you didn't know/weren't looking into that layout style.
