Interest pages, Header design winner, Free vgift for Paid users

We've continued to make strides in our spam-fighting efforts and have already restored a good many notifications. We'll keep you posted on our progress right here. In response to your questions about purging inactive accounts, we're still in an early phase of this project. We plan to resume discussions on this topic once we resolve the spam issue.

I'd like to see role-playing as a category in the searches.

If you're talking about the Interest pages, we have role-playing in two sub-categories under Gaming and Technology. Where else would you like to see it? Should it be it's own category?

I think it should be its own category. It's a pretty huge activity here on LJ.

I think under interest. I'm thinking more of writing role-playing, not the RPG of video games or paper/dice. There are a ton of communities and RP accounts here on LJ.

bluemeringue and I have been tinkering with where to place thread-based RP communities in the new community directory. Our current plan is to move TBRPs into its own Interest page but we need a shorter name than 'thread-based role-playing' to make this work. We've come up with four that we really like and would love some input from the userbase. Help us out by voting in the poll.
