Facebook and Twitter Connect, Pingbacks

We've got some exciting updates this week, so sit tight and we'll get started. Of course, news would not be complete without a special gift from Frank. It appears that he neglected to celebrate birthdays this month. I don't mind the option to cross-post to my Facebook, as I often do like my LJ entries posted to my FB account.

However, like about a million other people here, I do NOT want any comments made to my friends-locked entries to appear ANYWHERE on Facebook. (If that is the case, your explanation of the feature is amazingly unclear.)

I'll look forward to the inevitable clarification and/or changes to come.

I completely agree. From time to time, I cross post MY public entries to MY Facebook, but if something is friends only, it's friends only for a REASON. If someone wants to post their own comment to MY friends only entry to their FB, they can copy and paste the comment. No need to make a link!
