I can't sleep when it's light. So, several years back when we realized we were going to end up traveling a lot, I bought a sleep mask. It was lovely, and I slept.

Until I left it on the plane during one of the aforementioned travels. That entire trip was exhausting; I never got enough sleep. I ended up irritable and just wanting the trip over.

It took me ages to discover how to use private messages. Or even that they existed.

One feature I finally discovered that I notice people seem to be largely unaware of are the various thread/post-tracking functions.

It took me forever to realize you could click on the icons next to usernames. I'm also not sure how I ever lived without LJ Hook on Firefox. It has pretty much changed my life.

Once, I met up with a LiveJournal friend in NYC. It was great...except that she brought a friend that I didn't know and totally ignored me. Not the best way to wrap up my vacation!

Those dice are awesome.

Out of curiosity, how do you find LJ Hook? I have Firefox and would love to use it.
