When LiveJournal, Inc., was launched in December the new team made it very clear that LiveJournal was going to change. We also said that we would respect the values and legacy of LiveJournal. Right now I feel like our best focus is getting the whole story out of LJ, and then getting them to donate some dolars where it's needed to show their sincerity. Opening a dialogue is of course great, but I feel like we've been burned on that a few times, but I will be thrilled if any of us have better luck this time.

keep thinking that perhaps they had some sort of security breach and they don't want to admit it until it's plugged or something, but we are the computer team (for http://www.nyabn.org, http://www.bialogue.org, et. al.) so that is how we would think
