Agh, yes! I want a permanent account so badly and if I ever get one, I'm sure as heck not gonna come back from a blackout and go "You took 7 and a half hours away from my forever! Give it back!", lol. I never expected to be compensated for an outage this short anyway.

...However, of course, if LJ wants, for some reason, to give me like a week or two of paid time for the hours we lost (as I only bought the memership for 2 months), it's not like I'd complain. . .^_^ *flees*

When I bought my permanent account, back when we walked uphill both ways in the snow... :P SA did't own LJ and buying a perm. account was a way to help them pay people.

yes, but, to me at least, whining about compensation for a permanent account and whining about being the red headed stepchild of SA are on the same level of unnecessary things to whine about. however, since we're all unnecessarily whining, I want a muffin :(
