S2 had the sophomore slump big time -- there was some moments of sheer 'whhhhaaattt?' but by the end I was all 'I love you show!' So it does get better (or at least I felt it did. I actually watched s2 first, so my feelings may be a bit coloured by that).

I will try! I mean, it's Dillon! They can't -- it's Dillon!

Yes. Well. It. Something, somewhere, went terribly wrong. Although with S2 it is possible to fast forward, or close your eyes and hum, around the bad bits and watch for the bits that are still awesome.

But. Yeah.

I mean, I'm strong? I watched S4 of Smallville for the Ackles? But I don't know about this.

FNL is still worlds better than Smallville. No, really. Even the mess that FNL became in S2 it's still one of the best TV series I've ever watched.

I don't promise you won't feel the need to hurl invectives at your TV screen, though.

...did Landry just kill Tyra's would-be rapist?

*stealth eyes*

If you get utterly fed up with it, might I recommend Life? (Eleven episodes is the complete first season; season two starts September 29.)

Oh my god, woman, I do not have room for another show! I can do SPN and Pushing Daisies and that's it.

...is it streamed somewhere?

Click on the word "Life" in my first comment. It's all the episodes streamed through Surf the Channel.

*does not 'mwahahaha'*

...ahaha. Very crafty. This layout, I do not know how to fix its not-differentiating-links-in-comments-ness.

I will take your fiendish cackling under advisement.

Yeah, I -- yeah, I try to ignore most of season two and concentrate on the shameless, delightful pandering to my OT3.

I. Just. This is a fake-out, right? The real writers were doing this as a piece of high-concept performance art, and that episode will have been the "it's all just a dream!" one, right?

Please, please lie to me.

Yeah. It's... it's weird. And bad. And weird. By the end, though, everything kind of rights itself.

Is this going to achieve the impossible of making me not care about Landry and Tyra? I'm kind of scared to press through for the good parts.
