STEPH. Have you been reading the Rising Son comics at all? YOU SHOULD.

He used to lie awake and think about it sometimes. He was a hunter, or he was going to be. Inevitably he'd have to kill something human. He played out a thousand million different scenarios, and several times that many reactions. Would he be a badass and waste evil with hardly a blink? Would he have a witty quip? Would he fumble his weapon? Would he miss? Would he fail to pull the trigger? Would he even be able to aim at someone? Dad taught them never to point a gun unless you meant to shoot it there. Could he mean it, at another human being
