See, this is why I love Fringe with all my heart and soul and being. This post-S3 chat with the producers says to me that they think hard about their story and they really, really get it. Well, there's apparently no way to accurately measure viewership at all here, since Nielsens are so incredibly messed up and inaccurate. And yeah, the BBC model is definitely better, but at the same time... I trust these writers and producers, like I haven't trusted a show in a long, long time. I can't explain it, but I'm just not worried. If there is an inevitable drop in quality, I'm not thinking about it until it happens, and even then, I'm going to hold out hope.
