This has been a hellaciously hard week, in ways I haven't been talking about, and the unbelievable arrogance and horridness of this guy was a real feather in the cap. Bright is what I'm hoping to go for! I'm thinking lemongrass green and robin's egg blue for some other rooms.

I love yellow rooms! My room at home has yellow wallpaper and yellow curtains. For waking up on a sunny morning, it is the greatest.

I looooooovvvvvveeeeeee Jurassic Park and it's effects hold up so well. There's movies made in now that look like crap, I'm talking to you Wolverine. No one was fooled by that horrible green screen work and complete lack of reflectivity and specular lighting on Wolverine's claws. Anyway I've always loved that movie and Ellie and Ian and Grant are such an awesome trio. Dinosaur destroys man. Woman inherits the Earth.

Oh my god, that picture of New York just slays me. Also, the Anthro novel is PERFECT! I love that it even has a sort-of-surprise end, which is so appropriate!

Happy D-Day. That sounds weird, but still.

My sister and I watched Jurassic Park today too! We discovered that Steven Spielberg had the T-Rex show up at the end to save the day because at some point he decided it was the true hero of the film. Or so the Internet tells us.
