Where can I get a King Cake out of season?

First off, PLEASE do not give me a lecture on King Cakes being culturally important during the mardi gras season and you should only eat them then etc. etc. etc. I know. I currently live in Japan, can only make it stateside during the summer, and the cost of getting a king cake to Japan in an edible state made my eyes pop out of my head. My ( Read more... )

Oh, that's perfect... cheap too! And next business day since I have no idea what time haha AND they're close to Raising Canes so I can hit two cravings with one stone... so to speak.

Sweet. I guess I'm just a traditional-style gal, but I never liked the filled ones much. A bit too sweet for me usually!

Yes, but he charges for all the extra stuff likes beads, cups, dubloons, etc. and I don't need all that. Plus, it is shipping only... I checked again and there is no store pickup when they aren't in season. So I think I'll go with Haydel's!
