S-L Flash: A Non-Issue

Apr 14, 2014 19:28

Adam returns home and nearly immediately has to deal with Anne.

This deals with some of the same stuff as my earlier " Mind Your Own Business," but I like this one more. If I keep cracking at it, eventually I'll be where I want to be...

A/N: This is part of an open 'verse, which begins here.

Next Installment

stop-loss, writing, flash fiction, original work

That Anne. I just want to strangle her sometimes. Okay, a lot of times.

Yes, she's definitely strangle-worthy.

Thanks for reading. :D

I read this one and the earlier version, and I like this one better, too -- seeing Adam deal with Anne first, and only then do his thoughts turn to his imminent reunion with Rose. But I liked the scene between Adam and Luke with Luke getting dropped off at invalid Adam's, too. You'll get it there! In the meantime, lovely to see a new ficlet in this 'verse!

Yeah, this one definitely fits more with how I understand Anne now. But I'll certainly keep the Luke, Adam scene from the other one, tweaking it to meet my new standards, of course.

Thanks for reading. :)
