Meh. Can't do laundry because roommates left the Smartcard in their room (or hid it somewhere unusual) and are sleeping. I like doing it in the morning because there's usually no competition. If when they wake up all the machines are full, killing spree time. Well, probably not. But there'll be a frowning to remember

Technically, I don't think Marvel Animation itself is the problem -I believe they finish the show, and, like usual, they just sell it to anyone who wants to buy it. It's the US networks like Nicktoons or whatever that buy it that decide when to air it, and they sometimes decide to air it 'a year from now'. If another network in another market buys the show and wants to air it earlier, that's their business (although sometimes a US network will exert pull, for example demanding a clause in its contracts to make sure that if Marvel sells it to anybody else, they have to let the US network be first airing).
But mostly I think there are just people in the entertainment industry who just don't _get_ that the world has changed, that people are not willing to be on _their_ schedule anymore. If a show is airing somewhere, it's now really airing everywhere, and delaying it in one market is only going to hurt that market.

Glad it didn't ruin something you enjoyed so much though.

Anyway, yeah, it is a good graphic novel, but of course if you've seen the movie you've got most of the story already so it might not be worth sinking more money in. I do recommend it if you can get your hands on it free, gives more texture to the characters and their histories, and you finally get to see the squid ending you've probably heard a lot about. ;)
