Looks great! How much alteration did you have to do? Was it shorter when you started?

Didn't have to do much, actually- just taking off hideous long puffy sleeves and collar and finishing off the neck and armholes by hand instead. Luckily it was already the right length, because you couldn't really add anything to it without detracting from the gorgeousness of that embroidered netting.
