Multi-tasking is my middle name: I making crêpes (juggling between three pans at the same time), answering emails, answering comments, and posting art while the crêpes work on their tan. Rock on. \o/ On to the art:

Penance
Notes: Throughout "Cold Wars", I wanted to give Mohinder a big hug and tell him everything was going to be okay; there's something about his big dark eyes full of fear that makes me want to protect him. I wanted Matt to do it but Matt was being an ass, throwing Mohinder's failures in his face every chance he got and though it wasn't completely unwarranted, I thought it was a bit harsh, too.
And then, there was the let's throw each other around the room scene --be still my heart-- and Mohinder straddling Matt --FINALLY pictorial representation of what we all know they were doing in S2-- and the betrayal! ("Your were my friend") and the hurt! and Mohinder's desperate plea for understanding! Gajskjf gnnhh!!!
AND THEN MOHINDER'S SACRIFICE! I was so proud, so moved. Oh, Mohinder --*pets*-- trying to prove to Matt he wasn't a coward, making amends the only way he could, aka giving Matt the time to find out more about Daphne even if it meant getting caught ... because he clearly wasn't trying not to get caught. He left the room knowing this was it for him.
When Mohinder fell on his knees on the concrete of the parking lot, chest and back covered in darts, I heard it loud and clear I'm still your friend. I still love you. I'm sorry. and that's when this picture sprang into my mind; a few hours in PS and voilà.
Now, Matt, you unfaithful idiot, stop being so angry for a minute and think. YOUR HUBBY NEEDS YOU!
ALSO, is it me or is Mohinder touching Matt all the damn time?
