Looking back to when I took drawing classes (about a hundred million years ago), I think the biggest thing I got out of it was learning to be comfortable with my work and see it with a degree of objective detachment. As you go along, you'll get there. You'll start hating your early efforts less and looking at your better pieces with a more critical eye.

Wow! What kind pampering thing have you done for yourself lately? You really need something fun and just for you. Hummm... Massage? Or ?? I'm sure you can think of something and instead of disregarding it because you have lots of "nothing" to do you'll toss it aside. No! Grab that pampering thought. Pick up the phone or whatever it takes and make it happen ( ... )
