I came across this interesting article on CBC this morning. It basically confirms what I was thinking - that I really need to do weights *and* cardio, not just cardio.

I had a really nice Mother's Day this year. Well, I mostly did. I started the day feeling totally exhausted, despite having slept nearly 10 hours.
