I've been asked to sing in a concert. It's tentatively called "Music of a Summer Evening", or so I'm told. It's being put on by the church, but it's not a religious concert. Specifically "Light classical stuff. Mostly small groups of strings or the like. It would be great if you had a couple of songs you could sing ( Read more... )

I had the impression that John wasn't in charge of it.

I just hope we actually sell tickets this time, so the music group isn't as big as the audience again!

It's July 20th, a Friday night. I'm not sure... I think it's to raise money for something, but I don't recall what.

That's a neat idea. Especially since Louis Armstrong was a trumpet player ;)
