Liir had actually packed a basket, since he was reasonably sure that that was how picnics were supposed to work, and made sure to get to the garden nice and early for his picnic with Ino since he wanted to have everything set up by the time she got here. "Hi!" she carolled, showing up in shorts and a tank top. "You haven't been waiting long, right?"

"No, not long. I just like being there early."

She raised her eyebrows, teasing, "Would you complain if I were late?"
