Liir carried the tray with the two bowls of soup over rice into the room, kicking it closed once he knew that Makejoy was in the room. Iced pearlfruit tea was poured out before Liir started playing with the puppy a little to tire her out before Amber got there.

"Hi!" she said, walking right on in. She was carrying a bag of iced animal cookies. The pink and white kind with sprinkles. Mmm. "I brought dessert!"

He laughed as he saw her, putting the pitcher of iced tea down to greet her with open arms and a kiss.

"Missed you as well."

Amber put the cookies aside before she walked into his arms, wrapping her own around him for a tight hug and warm kiss.

"We gotta stop doing this missing each other thing."

"We really, most sincerely, do," he agreed with her as he savored the kiss and the hug both.

"The room's so much warmer with you here."
