Man, it was so hard not to laugh at reading 'Hobag'. That's hilarious XD

Lol, I loved you're nicknames for the characters. I would have never guessed so many people disliked Rinoa, lol. Then again, my cousin called my Rinoa "skank" but she didn't really hate her, it was mainly for our amusement. But it seems to me many dislike Rinoa, poor girl. :P

As for the scenes, I never got the Ellone one, so I'm grateful that you posted this up. It's so interesting to see how many loop holes FF8 has; I thought FF7 had allot, lol.

It's not outright hate - at least for me. Rinoa often comes across as a bit whiny and demanding, especially in the begining of the game and that can totally rub an already established yaoi fangirl the wrong way - especially one who has already read a hell of a lot of fanfiction for the game before actually playing it.

It tends to be something of a joke, really.

Yeah, there's a fair bit that can get missed - little things like those scenes, bigger ones like the Shumi, the Chocobo Forests, Omega WEAPON and the whole card game...

I think me and my friend Matt are the only two people who actually really like Rinoa. I think I identify with Rinoa somewhat, and that why I like her.

But Hobag is still funny.
