This chapter was very pretty cool. But I do have a one disagreement. I'm not saying this because I am a huge Selphie x Seifer fan, but Selphie never resented Seifer like that. Yes she was upset about Trabia, but never once did she blame Seifer, or anybody else. It was mainly Marton's doing, but they manage to forgive her and what not, so I'm sure Selphie would have hated Matron before Seifer. But you did a pretty great job expressing their emotions. I can imagine Selphie and Zell saying he would be a bad influence, just not the "he blew up my friends" line.

Seifer: "Selphie, right? I wish we had more time to get to know each other."

Selphie: "Nah, you're not my type."

That's the only interaction between the after Trabia was destroyed. No hostility what so ever.

Nevertheless, it's still a awesome story, and it's your story, so I can't wait to read chapter 5. :D

Mmm while I'm *not* a Selphie x Seipher fan, I'd think she would have a fit. Taking into account, that the events of the Garden war and the fight with Ultimicea is still fresh on everyone's mind.

Look at it from this point of view:

Seifer gave the order via a chain of command to have the gardens blown up.

Trabia was hit first. It was her Home before Balamb Garden.

Later on they all remember Edea as Matron and realize that while they care for her, she's not really responsible after they learn that she was Possesed. Selphie had a better time dealing with that as opposed losing Trabia and a majority of her friends.

She's looking for someone to blame as any normal person would do. She doesn't want to forget her friends, but is going about it the wrong way. In other words she's still dealing with the hurt and loss.

Everyone has their own reasons for saying and doing things in this story. Selphie, in my eyes has the overwhelming guilt of not being able to save Trabia. She just hasn't realized this herself yet ( ... )

Ok, now I see what you are trying to say. Despite the fact that it didn't bother them as much during the war, those past events are now bugging them during a time of peace because they each feel a sense of helplessness. I must say you are very clever. :D
