Not looking forward to tonight. Apart from that, the evidence suggests I'm feeling pretty good. You can always tell from the state of my sink. Neat, empty and clean = feeling pretty good. Mounds of dirty dishes = not feeling so good. Mounds of dirty dishes, mouldy leftovers and general garbage = downright depressed
