Hmmmm. I get the feeling that someone created all these poor children, and then just threw them out there, hoping they would attract Jack's attention. Because unless the new TW had reason to, no one else would think to look at the old TW files for just those TW members. No one else could identify those children as being the clones of past TW people. So someone is delibtately waving a big red flag in front of Jack. For what purpose? Hmmm.
