I was at first disappointed by the anti-climax resolution of the cliffhanger, it's true. But I sort of appreciated what they did with it. What happened to Rose at the end, though, was a little too neat for my liking. Otherwise it was a nice end to the series. DoctorDonna!

Yeah, the regeneration was a complete anti-climax, but like you say, the way it panned out was for the better.

Dumping Rose on the AU felt weird, like the Origi!Doctor was trying to dump some unwanted baggage whilst trying to make her feel better, odd.

Oh Donna Noble, what an end. DoctorDonna was the best thing about the finale, for sure.
