So someone told me a while back that they couldn't message me because of my privacy settings.

How do I fix this?

Go to "Manage", and then "Info." In the section where it says "Contact Information", which you can see by scrolling down, there is a field called "LJ User Messaging." Pick your choice from the drop-down menu! ♥
